What is the Oasis of Peace?
When we re-open, we will be a hospitality house for Christian ministry workers, including:
- those who work cross-culturally in full-time Christian ministry,
- those who minister in creative-access locations,
- pastors and leaders of Christian ministry organizations.
We operate under Oasis Rest International (ORI), an organization that offers hosted places of skilled, personalized care for ministry workers.
It is our heart to provide a space for ministry workers who need rest, especially those in a challenging season. While we believe vacation is a key component of a healthy work-life balance, the main intent of this house is for Christian retreat, intentional rest, and transformative experiences that refresh the soul.
In addition to a space for rest and personal retreat, we also offer debriefings (Le Rucher Exchange at the Cross model) and a safe place to talk through ministry issues in an informal coaching environment. Since we, the hosts, are single women, we currently only offer debriefings to women.
How can I book a stay?
While we are in the process of re-establishing our guest house in the United States, you cannot book a stay with us. However, you can request a stay at one of our other Oasis Rest International locations. Your request begins a conversation with an oasis host. Begin the process below:
